A Bundle of Joy Arrives on Parenthood!

It’s the moment the Braverman family has been waiting for, on tonight’s Parenthood.  Kristina (Monica Potter) goes into labor and Adam (Peter Krause) rushes to be with her. Crosby (Dax Shepard) runs into Jasmine (Joy Bryant) while both of them on are their respective dates. Meanwhile, Amber (Mae Whitman) tries to help Max (Max Burkholder) understand why hitting Jabbar (Tyree Brown) was wrong.  Watch the promo for Parenthood’s “Nora” after the jump!

The Stakes Have Never Been Higher on Parenthood

This week on NBC’s Parenthood, Alex (Michael B. Jordan) is in trouble after an attempt to help Haddie (Sarah Ramos) gets him arrested. What will he do and how will his priors impact his fight to stay out of jail? Michael B. Jordan Returns to Parenthood

If you weren’t familiar with former The Wire, All My Children and Friday Night Lights star Michael B. Jordan before he debuted on NBC’s Parenthood, plan on seeing a lot more of him this fall. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Jordan has signed on the dotted line to recur as Alex during Parenthood’s upcoming third season.

“I love the show and working with NBC and there’s not a reason for me not to come back,” Jordan told The Hollywood Reporter. “I love working with Peter [Krause], Sarah and Monica [Potter]; it’s like being in another family environment that’s very similar to Friday Night Lights.
 

Jordan’s character Alex dates Adam (Peter Krause) and Kristina’s (Monica Potter) daughter Haddie (Sarah Ramos). In one memorable episode last season, Haddie accidently dialed her parent’s phone while making out with Alex. Let’s just say they didn’t take the incident well.

NBC Announces Fall Premiere Dates

Addicted to Law & Order: SVU or can’t wait for the return of Parenthood? Anticipating the debut of The Playboy Club, starring Eddie Cibrian? Good news. Today NBC released the premiere and series debut schedule for its returning and new series. Parenthood returns September 13, while The Playboy Club debuts September 19. NBC Reveals 2011-2012 Fall Schedule


NBC has released their Fall 2011 schedule, and from the looks of it they plan to fill a lot of holes from this past season. The only night that doesn’t have a new show is Tuesday, where The Biggest Loser and Parenthood continue to hold down the fort.

Eddie Cibrian’s The Playboy Club will air on Mondays. Comedies Up All Night and Free Agents will air on Wednesday. NBC adds Whitney to its comedy lineup on Thursday and will air the drama Prime Suspect from 10-11 p.m. The fairy tale series Grimm will be sandwiched between Chuck and Dateline NBC on Fridays. Check Out Dana Delany on The Morning Jolt With Larry Flick March 29!

One of the new series I’ve looked forward to most this season, Body of Proof, is set to premiere this Tuesday on ABC. Before the new Dana Delany series makes its debut on March 29–after Dancing With the Stars and opposite the CBS legal drama The Good Wife and NBC’s Parenthood–you’re going to want to tune in Tuesday morning to hear her on The Morning Jolt With Larry Flick.
