Will Smith Wants To Cameo On EastEnders!
By Johnathon on October 19, 2009
Will Smith is following in James Franco's soapy shoes and is interested in making a cameo on a soap opera! But unfortunately it's not a U.S. soap opera. While spending time in England promoting his new movie Seven Pounds, Will turned on the TV and became instantly addicted to an EastEnders marathon. He is now hoping to land a quick cameo appearance on the BBC 1 sudser.
Will told The Sun
I was just chilling in my hotel and EastEnders was on TV. I didn't even know what it was, but I literally could not stop watching it.
It was so real and gritty. American soaps are all about the beautiful people and being cheesy. This soap had everything.
There was fighting, people sleeping around - it had it all going on! I'm a bit busy but when things quieten down I'd love to do a cameo. I could make a big entrance in the pub, as you guys call it, and be like: 'Hey, girl let's take this outside.'

Independence Day 2, Why the Wait?
By Craig Peters on October 13, 2009
According to a story at Ign.com, Independence Day 2 could be in the works, if only studio execs were willing to foot the bill for Will... Will Smith, that is. It's Hollywood high finance that has gummed up the works; director Roland Emmerich, Will Smith and writer Dean Devlin are trying to work out a deal with 20th Century Fox. If that can be accomplished they would be set. The story, says Emmerich, is "great" and "very cool." I know this is one I've been waiting for I'm sure you have too.
