Captain America Changes Title Overseas; Hugh Jackman Calls The Wolverine "Best of The Bunch"

According to the Los Angeles Times, the highly anticipated Captain America: The First Avenger, starring Chris Evans, will premiere in Russia, South Korea and the Ukraine as simply The First Avenger and not Captain America: The First Avenger. Reportedly, "those involved in the decision are being careful to frame the move as a matter of brand management and consumer awareness and not as a decision tilted by cultural or political winds."

In other Marvel news, Hugh Jackman is buffing up to reprise the role of Wolverine in The Wolverine, a standalone film expected to hit theatres in 2012. In an interview with the Los Angeles Times, Jackman reveals he’s wolfing down 6,000 calories a day because director Darren Aronofsky envisions Wolverine looking more like Mike Tyson and less like Clint Eastwood.
