Beyonce Issues Statement on Singer Etta James' Death

R&B phenom Beyoncé Knowles has released a statement on her website regarding the death of blues singer Etta James. Knowles, who portrayed the legendary vocalist in 2008's Cadillac Records stated:
This is a huge loss. Etta James was one of the greatest vocalists of our time. I am so fortunate to have met such a queen. Her musical contributions will last a lifetime. Playing Etta James taught me so much about myself, and singing her music inspired me to be a stronger artist. When she effortlessly opened her mouth, you could hear her pain and triumph. Her deeply emotional way of delivering a song told her story with no filter. She was fearless, and had guts. She will be missed. READ MORE

Lindsay Lohan Ordered Back to Jail for 30 Days!

It's back to the pokey with Big Bertha for Lindsay Lohan. TMZ is reporting the actress was sentenced to 30 days in jail for her parole violation. Judge Stephanie Sautner ordered Lohan to surrender to the Los Angeles Sherrif's department no later than Nov 9. Sautner also told the troubled star was not going to receive house arrest or early release. Ouch.

Shia LaBeouf Gets OWNED!

Where are the Autobots when you need them? TMZ captured video footage of Transformers star Shia LaBeouf involved in a fight last week in Vancouver. LaBeouf and the unknown man were tossed out of Cinema Public House bar after an altercation. Afterwards, the man ripped his shirt off and started hammering his fists all over the actor's face. There is no word on what caused the entire incident to continue in the streets. Watch the madness unfold after the jump!

Mel Gibson Wins Big Against Baby Mama in Court!

TMZ is reporting Mel Gibson came out smelling like roses in court against his ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva today. According to the site, Gibson will pay Grigorieva the mother of his youngest child Lucia, just $750,000 as part of their settlement. Under the terms of the agreement, Gibson will shell out $250,000 in 3 payments. READ MORE
