Iron Man 2 promo pictures hit the web this summer leaving fans wanting more and now we get it another taste of the upcoming blockbuster. Yahoo Movies has the first official Iron Man 2 movie poster featuring War Machine. Directed by Jon Favreau, the highly anticipated sequel starring Robert Downey Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle, Mickey Rourke and Scarlett Johansson explodes in theaters on May 7, 2010.

Robert Downey Jr. (Iron Man) may be offered the role that Jimmy Stewart made famous in Harvey. Harvey, a film about a giant invisible rabbit, won hearts when it first appeared and is considered one of Stewart's best and most heartwarming films.

Stephen Spielberg is planning a reimagining of the film and intends to make it more like the stage play, probably wise for such a classic. Apparently, he feels Downey is the right actor for the part. According to Variety, Spielberg was previously eyeing Tom Hanks and Will Smith, but it seems Downey has the job should he want it.

Robert Downey Jr.'s awesome recovery from earlier trangressions are nothing short of miraculous and he deserves every credit – even to the point of friendship with a 6' plus invisible rabbit.

Last years smash hit Iron Man (slightly behind The Dark Knight in awesomeness) is currently shooting its sequel that is due out in theaters May 2010. The whole world of fandom is anticipating this new movie to kick major butt and to significantly improve upon the success of the first film (Spiderman II anyone?).
