Harry Potter Co-star Jamie Waylett Sentenced To Community Service

Jamie Waylett must be having a big sigh of relief. The actor who plays Slytherin goon Vincent Crabbe in the Harry Potter series, was arrested for cannabis possession of 10 plants he was growing in his mother's house. Since the young man turned 20, his maximum sentence could have been up to 14 years in prison but today was granted 120 hours of community service. Leaving the court, Waylett said:
"I extend my sincere apologies to the producers, cast and crew and all at Warners and most especially to all Harry Potter fans."

Let's hope this is a wake up call for the young actor who will hopefully be returning to the final installments of the Harry Potter series, Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows.
